All services except basic shampoo require a consultation first. Appointments may be scheduled up to 32 hours in advance. However, if you are in need of rescheduling or completely canceling, a 48 hour advanced notice is required to prevent fees. Less than 48 hours in advance accrues a 50% cancellation fee charged to card on file (must be paid before you are eligible to book again). No shows will be charged 50% of the service total and blocked from online booking. Rescheduled appointments are subject to additional charges. Be mindful of your travel time as late arrivals affect the flow of the day. Please communicate. There is a $25 late fee applied at 15 minutes post start time. If you are later than 15 minutes your appointment may need to be rescheduled. Again please communicate with your professional. All deposits and payments are non-refundable. We accept cash, debit, credit (NO American Express) BNPL: Afterpay, Affirm, Klarna No chargebacks. Chargebacks are taken seriously. No Guests Allowed/No Kids Allowed (unless being serviced)
