All services except basic shampoo require a consultation first. Appointments may be scheduled up to 36 hours in advance. However, if you are in need of rescheduling or completely canceling, a 48 hour advanced notice is required to prevent fees. Less than 48 hours in advance accrues a 40% cancellation fee charged to card on file (must be paid before you are eligible to book again). Be mindful of your travel time as late arrivals affect the flow of the day. Please communicate. There is a $15 late fee applied at 15 minutes post start time and appointment cancellation after 16 minutes. No shows will be charged 100% of the service total. All deposits and payments are non-refundable. We accept cash, Zelle, debit, and credit card payments. Afterpay available. No chargebacks. Chargebacks are taken seriously. No Guests Allowed
